The Client

Our client is based in San Francisco, USA and they are also a Berlin based Luxury Bathroom Brand. The brand was founded in 2009 and their products are manufactured with special detail to the material used in the production process and are non-toxic materials that are safe for the user. The founding members of the brand wanted to have an integration with QuickBooks Online and they did touch base with Satva Solutions for the QuickBooks Online integration services.

Problem Statement

The client was facing problems managing his inventory, but he was not able to find a simple solution as the available inventory management tools were quite complex. Earlier, the client was using a spreadsheet to manage his inventory which was a tiresome process for him.

On top of that, the client wanted the inventory management solution to be linked with QuickBooks Online, as he was using QuickBooks Online to manage his accounting and bookkeeping process. To tackle this unique situation, the Satva team built a Custom Inventory System integrated with QuickBooks which handles the availability and the status of the stocks.

The Solution

After consulting the client with various options for inventory management software, Satva Solutions proposed a ‘Discovery and Design’ sprint for Custom Inventory software. The Satva team developed a functional prototype of Inventory management software and based on final approval the Satva team developed accounting integrated custom inventory management software for the client.
