The Client

Digital Cubes (formerly known as Nestotus) – Michigan, USA-based e-commerce platform. Digital Cubes, an e-commerce platform, required assistance in integrating its order management system with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, and Oracle NetSuite. They sought a seamless integration to ensure efficient operations and facilitate communication with their suppliers.

Problem Statement

Satva Solutions, a custom Unified Accounting Integration company, initially underestimated the complexity of the project during the discovery phase. Multiple meetings with Digital Cubes were held to gain a better understanding of the requirements and potential challenges. The client needed QuickBooks Online integration, QuickBooks Desktop integration, and Oracle NetSuite API integration service. That could display orders as purchase orders (POs) to end users, sales orders (SOs) to suppliers, and SOs against the user for internal records.
